Willow Beauty Bar was established in 2016 by Tara Morrissey. It started as a one-chair, 120 sq ft studio salon, and then in March of 2018 the salon more than doubled in size and took over the east corner of the building. This expansion has created a salon with the best views in North Lake Tahoe.
